Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing MediaGrab. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MediaGrab is strictly a transient technical utility provided for personal, lawful, and authorized archiving of content you own or have explicit rights to download. Downloading copyright-protected material without authorization from the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.
By accessing, browsing, or using MediaGrab (hereinafter referred to as "the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using or accessing this site, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
MediaGrab operates strictly as a technical intermediary and transient transmission conduit. The Service does not index, catalog, host, or permanently store any third-party multimedia content.
Any stream extraction, conversion, or formatting performed by our servers occurs entirely in transient memory or temporary storage and is purged automatically upon completion of the transmission to your device.
As an express condition of your access to the Service, you represent and warrant to MediaGrab that:
- You are the sole copyright owner of the content requested, or you have secured all necessary express licenses, permissions, and consents from the rightful copyright holder.
- The content you request falls strictly under applicable statutory Fair Use provisions or public domain status under your jurisdiction.
- You will not use the Service for any commercial exploitation, commercial redistribution, public performance, or unauthorized syndication.
- You assume 100% legal liability and responsibility for any media accessed, downloaded, or converted using the Service.
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities (such as SQL injection, SSRF, command injection, or path traversal).
- Deploying automated bulk download bots, scrapers, crawlers, or high-frequency request scripts against our APIs.
- Circumventing rate limits, concurrency controls, IP throttling, or security firewalls.
- Causing intentional resource exhaustion, denial-of-service (DoS), or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS).
- Using the Service to target, scan, or access private internal network addresses, loopbacks, or cloud provider metadata endpoints.
Violations of system security may result in immediate IP blacklisting, termination of access, and referral to criminal or civil law enforcement authorities.
